Hong Kong Public Opinion Research Institute (HKPORI) has announced earlier that out of social responsibility and the mission of continuing historical records, it would continue to conduct a Policy Address Instant Survey this year, but it would also introduce random selection of SMS users to join its online survey, in order to keep pace with the times.
