香港民意研究所（香港民研）已經決定繼續進行施政報告即時調查，延續自1992年開始的研究。今年的即時調查將於 10 月 16 日（下星期三）透過混合調查模式進行，目標對象為年滿18歲香港市民，樣本不少於 500 個，包括透過電話短訊邀請的市民。初步調查結果包括施政報告的評分及滿意程度將於即日晚上約九時三十分透過網上公佈，然後於翌日（即 10 月 17 日）下午舉行發佈會，詳細公佈及討論所有結果。媒體如有興趣贊助並優先獲得結果，歡迎電郵 [email protected] 查詢。透過電話短訊邀請市民參與的網上調查，網址將以 s2.pori.hk 作為開頭，希望被抽中的市民踴躍參與。
Hong Kong Public Opinion Research Institute (HKPORI) will continue its ongoing practice since 1992 to conduct a Policy Address Instant Survey on Oct 16 (next Wednesday) using a mixed mode including SMS. The target population will be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above, with no less than 500 successful cases. We will release the results online that day at around 9:30pm, then hold a press conference on the following day (Oct 17).
